How To Order
Ask questions or place an order by emailing Kathleen Fisher at kfisher@smartchat.net.au. We'll confirm that what you want is in stock and email you an invoice. Your order will be posted as soon as your invoice is paid.

Please make sure you provide your full name and address for postage.

How To Pay
Payment is due on receiving our invoice — the faster you pay, the sooner you get your order.

Australian customers are to pay by direct bank deposit. Account details will be shown on your invoice.

International customers are to pay using Paypal. Again, account details will be shown on your invoice. If you haven't used Paypal before, check out http://www.paypal.com/ — it's safe, convenient and reliable.
